At Haunt, we want every order to arrive as it should. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, get in touch and we’ll make it right.
How do I start a return?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving it using our contact form. Include your order number and a quick description of the problem. We’ll get back to you with next steps.
Can I return something if I ordered the wrong size?
No. We cannot accept returns for incorrectly ordered sizes. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
What if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
What items can’t be returned?
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Wrong size orders
- Change of mind
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Minor differences in print colour or placement
