At Haunt, every item is made to order just for you. This helps us reduce waste and keeps us aligned with our eco-friendly values. It also means we don’t carry stock — so returns and exchanges aren’t possible unless there’s a genuine issue with your order.
How do I start a return?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving it using our contact form. Include your order number and a quick description of the problem. We’ll get back to you with next steps.
Can I return something if I ordered the wrong size?
No — we can’t accept returns for wrong size orders. Every item is made to order, and we don’t carry replacements. Please check the size guide before you order to be sure.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges. If there’s a fault with your item, we’ll replace or refund it. But if you want a different size or product, you’ll need to place a new order.
What if I change my mind?
Because each item is custom-printed when you order, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind.
What items can’t be returned?
We can’t accept returns for the following:
- Wrong size orders (please double-check sizing)
- Change of mind
- Minor differences in print colour or placement — each one is unique
